iPad kiosks allow customers to self-serve but for staff to assist as required via the screen swivel function. Adhering to a strict and tight timeline, 1,250 units were manufactured and deployed to all Coles service desks nationally within a 10 week timeframe. Sprocket’s product was subsequently added to the fit-out specification for all new Coles stores.
