Delivery Times
- All Australian orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via the Startrack Express Network.
- For standard Australia wide delivery choose StarTrack Road Express.
- For faster delivery, choose StarTrack Premium which offers “Next-business-day delivery to most locations”.
- We aim to dispatch standard build orders same day for orders placed before 2pm.
- Please allow 5 working days for large volume orders.
- For orders that contain custom options or graphics it can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship your order.
- To get an estimate of transit time to your location visit StarTrack (use 3182 St Kilda as the Sender Location)
International Shipments
International shipments are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery fees do not include local duties and taxes which may be calculated and levied at the destination country on arrival for goods release.
Payment
Payment in full is required prior to delivery. We accept Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), payment via PayPal or via Direct Bank Transfers.
General
Your Tablet, Power/Sync Cable and Tablet AC Adaptor are required to complete the DIY assembly. All prices are in Australian Dollars and valid for 14 days from email date stamp.
