It very much depends on your requirements. As a general rule Display directories are deployed for either a building with few tenants or the opposite when there is a large traffic flow and a medium to large tenant list (ie less time for individual searches). Touch enabled directories are ideal where the tenant list is very large or too complex ( eg multiple companies, multiple buildings) to fit on a static screen or screens. In this case a search function will allow faster results and also there is the option to provide additional tenant information or directional maps.

I'm ready to buy, how do i proceed?
Do i get a discount if i buy in volume?
Yes. Generally, the more directories you buy in a single order we can offer savings on Sprocket go directory software and depending on quantities, there may be reductions in hardware cost.
Can i rent a directory?
No. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer a rental service. Ask us about refurbished units that are available form time to time at greatly reduced prices.
Can i just buy the software?
Yes. We are happy to discuss this option but it is on a case by basis and will depend on commercial benefit and branding requirements.
Does sprocket have a re-seller program?
We are always looking at new and exciting way to distribute our products so if you are interested in participating in our reseller program please call for more information.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes. Sprocket exports many of its products however with Directories it is on a case by case basis and reliant on service and support networks in the country of destination and the volume involved. Contact us if you have a specific request.
Can i choose a custom finish for my directory?
Yes. We can offer a range of finishes including Alucobond panels and powder coat colours from the standard Dulux powder coat range. We can also offer stainless steel or aluminium trim panels to match interior finishes. Let us know your requirements and we can provide a cost and timing estimate.
Can i install my own PC into a sprocket directory?
No. Sprocket deploys a fully integrated onboard pc system that is matched to our Sprocket go software and also is fully warranted to ensure maximum uptime for your business. Whilst the pc can be removed for service or upgrade there is no room in the ultra slimline design for third party devices.
Can i load my own software onto a sprocket directory?
Yes. Sprocket directories are however factory configured to our Sprocket go software and system drivers and replacement of this software will void the Sprocket warranty.
Will my directory be covered by a warranty?
Yes, Sprocket provides a 12 month back to base warranty on all components and 5+ years on the directory chassis. See our Warranties section for more details.
Does sprocket offer an installation and training package?
Yes. We offer an install and commission service for our directories to pre-prepared and pre-wired locations. We can provide comprehensive installation instructions for the fitting of the mounting plate and provision of electrical and data termination.
What is the general leadtime for delivery once the order is placed?
Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for your standard Sprocket directory delivery and up to 12 weeks for some additional custom requirements.
What are my after sales service and maintenance options?
